Remove qutebrowser (#258)

Unfortunately, qutebrowser is growing into a more and more complex project. Additionally, I'm often the only PR reviewer, and my bandwidth is limited. While I still want to encourage beginners wherever I can (like via mentoring), I don't think contributions to qutebrowser (for non-users) are the right way.
